When you interact with NYXA through our website or WhatsApp ordering system we may collect: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and the details of items you have expressed interest in. We do not collect payment card numbers; all payments are handled directly via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to: (1) process and confirm your orders, (2) arrange delivery to your location within Kenya, (3) respond to your enquiries and provide after-sale support, and (4) with your explicit consent, send you updates about new collections and promotions via WhatsApp.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your delivery address and name with our trusted courier partners (e.g. G4S, Wells Fargo Kenya, Sendy) strictly for the purpose of delivering your order. These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. All WhatsApp conversations are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp's platform. We do not store sensitive payment details on our systems. Access to customer information is restricted to authorised NYXA staff only.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will respond within 7 business days.
